MedReady 1750FL Automated Medication Dispenser (Landline Monitored)
The MedReady 1750FL Medication Dispenser is a thoughtfully designed, landline-monitored solution that combines enhanced alerts for comprehensive medication management at home. Tailored for the hearing impaired, this model features a low-frequency alarm and bright flashing lights to effectively remind patients when it’s time to take their medication. The landline connection allows caregivers to remotely monitor medication adherence and receive notifications if doses are missed, ensuring timely support and intervention. The MedReady 1750FL model communicates via Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) to MedReady’s servers. Shipping is free to USA customers.
The device also offers the added convenience of remote adjustments, such as setting alarms or modifying schedules, which can be done from anywhere with internet access. Designed to improve medication compliance, the MedReady 1750FL helps ensure patients stay on track while providing caregivers with real-time updates on adherence.

- 28 compartments, each with a capacity to store up to 9 M&M-sized pills
- Secure, tamper-resistant lid ensures medication safety

Caregivers can view a detailed medication compliance log through an online portal, providing real-time updates. A small monthly monitoring fee applies for access to these remote monitoring services, ensuring comprehensive medication management.
Easy-to-Use Caregiver Online Portal
The Caregiver Online Portal provides a secure online platform for caregivers to remotely manage a patient’s MedReady automated medication dispenser. Through the portal, caregivers can adjust settings such as alarm times, schedule early doses, activate vacation mode, update non-compliance alerts and contacts, and modify other dispenser features, all with ease.
Additionally, the portal offers caregivers access to a comprehensive medication compliance log. Each day, the MedReady dispenser generates and sends reports to the portal, outlining the medications that were scheduled and taken within the last 24 hours. These reports are neatly organized in the log, allowing caregivers to monitor adherence and ensure proper medication management.
How It Works: Enhanced Medication Reminders and Secure Dosing
Every MedReady model features a built-in low-frequency alarm to signal medication time with a buzzing sound. For models with a flashing light such as this one, a visual alert is also provided. Opening the dispenser’s door stops the alarm sounds and visual cues.
To ensure safety, only the latest dose is accessible, and the tray rotates to the next scheduled dose with the following alarm. If a dose is missed, the dispenser locks that compartment and advances to the next dose, preventing access to previous doses.
Key Features of MedReady
Security
MedReady offers top-tier security with a tamper-resistant design. Instead of relying on a latch, it uses a robust lock and key system to ensure the safe storage of medications. This key-only access allows caregivers to load the unit and track patient adherence, providing peace of mind that medication is securely stored and managed.
Medication Information Storage
MedReady includes a practical card holder located at the bottom of the unit, allowing you to store a printed copy of all prescriptions for medications housed in the dispenser. This feature provides quick and easy access to important medication details when needed, enhancing organization and accuracy.
User-Friendly Alarms
Setting the timers and alarms on MedReady is as easy as using a digital alarm clock. The straightforward setup process ensures that patients and caregivers alike can quickly program medication reminders without hassle, allowing for seamless daily use.
Reliable on Good and Bad Days
Whether you’re at home or traveling, MedReady is designed to work reliably. The unit includes a rechargeable nickel-metal-hydride battery pack that ensures continued operation during power outages or while on the go, providing up to 48 hours of backup power. It also functions using a standard 120V AC household outlet, so you can depend on it in any setting.
Safety Features
MedReady prioritizes safety by automatically switching from AC power to rechargeable battery backup in the event of a power outage or when traveling. This automatic transition ensures that the device continues to function, preventing any disruption in medication management.
Clear and Visible Clock
The MedReady dispenser features a large, easy-to-read LED display, which is self-illuminating for clear visibility in all lighting conditions. The clock is designed to be viewed from any angle, ensuring patients and caregivers can always check the time and dosing schedule at a glance.

Dear Medready,
My mother has used the Medready pill machine and monitoring for the last five years. The machine has seen her through the transitions from needing a prompt to remember her medications to needing a way for aides to know what medications to bring her when. All I needed to do was load the machine once a week. The monitoring system has made it possible for her children to know when there were problems and intervene immediately. We could not have kept her living in her home the last several years without the machine. Thank you.
